Breast Lift Tummy Tuck

Breast lift, tummy tuck, and liposuction—combined they’re the trifecta of awesome! That is how we refer to a combined breast lift with tummy tuck, trimming of the abdomen and thighs, plumping and contouring of the hips and buttocks, liposuction from the knees and flanks — all done at once. Do you need all three procedures? Or does one stand on its own?

Breast lift tummy tuck is one of the most popular surgical procedures for women. It is also known as a Mommy Makeover. It involves removing excess skin and fat from the abdomen, buttocks, and thighs, as well as tightening and lifting the breasts.

Breast Lift Tummy Tuck

Breast Lift Tummy Tuck

The tummy tuck and breast lift is a combination of two plastic surgery procedures. The tummy tuck removes excess skin and fat from the abdomen, while the breast lift raises and reshapes sagging breasts. This combination procedure is designed to give you a flat, toned abdomen and perky breasts.

The tummy tuck takes approximately four hours to perform, while the breast lift takes one hour. Both procedures are performed under general anesthesia in our state-of-the-art operating room. A small incision is made near your belly button, where excess skin is removed to create an attractive new contour for your waistline. Your surgeon will then use liposuction to remove excess fat from your hips and thighs before creating a more natural shape for your breasts by removing excess tissue and repositioning remaining tissue into a more youthful position on your chest wall.

To ensure proper healing after surgery, we recommend that you avoid strenuous activity for at least six weeks after your procedure. You may also experience some swelling or bruising around the incision sites during this time period, but these symptoms should subside within a few weeks after surgery if treated correctly with prescribed medications as directed by your doctor upon discharge.

A breast lift, also known as mastopexy, is a procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts.

A breast lift can also be done in conjunction with liposuction to remove excess fat from the area around the areola (the dark skin surrounding the nipple), which may be present after pregnancy or weight loss.

A breast lift can be done under general anesthesia, twilight sedation or local anesthesia, depending on your preferences and comfort level.

The procedure usually takes about two hours and requires two weeks of recovery time before you return to work. The stitches used during a breast lift are dissolvable, so there’s no need for them to be removed by a doctor or nurse at a follow-up appointment.

After your surgery:

You will probably have some bruising, swelling and numbness of the nipple for several weeks after surgery. You’ll need help with any heavy lifting or strenuous activities for about six weeks after surgery.

Tummy Tuck And Breast Lift Recovery

Tummy Tuck And Breast Lift Recovery

Tummy Tuck And Breast Lift Recovery – The recovery period for tummy tucks and breast lifts varies from one person to another based on their body type and how well they heal. However, most patients can expect to spend a few days in the hospital and about two weeks at home before they are able to return to work.

After the procedure, you will have drains placed under your skin that act as tunnels that can drain fluid away from the wound site. Each drain will be connected to its own collection bag and will be removed during your post-operative visit by our staff. These drains should not cause any discomfort or pain. You may experience some swelling at the incision sites and around your breasts following surgery but this is normal and should subside within a week or so after surgery. You will also have bruising around these areas as well which also should go away within a few weeks post-operatively.

Tummy tuck and breast lift surgery is a major procedure, but it can be done in one day.

The procedure takes between three and four hours, depending on the complexity of your case. The length of time you’ll stay in the hospital will depend on how you feel after surgery. You might be able to go home with your loved ones the same day as your surgery. But if you have any complications or take longer than expected to recover, you may need to stay overnight.

If you’re having both a tummy tuck and breast lift, they might be done at different times during your hospital stay. If you’re having both procedures done at once, then your recovery period will be more involved because of the amount of work being done on your body.

The recovery after a tummy tuck and breast lift is fairly straightforward. I generally tell my patients to expect to be off of work for two weeks and out of social activities for one month.

There are some ways that you can speed up the recovery and minimize your pain:

Keep moving. Take walks, even short ones, as soon as you feel comfortable. This helps your muscles stay loose and prevents blood clots from forming in your legs.

Stretch before and after activity. Stretch your stomach, chest and arms by lying flat on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor, then holding opposite elbow with other hand while pulling toward chest until you feel a good stretch in your stomach muscles (do not pull too hard!). Do this at least three times per day for 1-2 minutes each time; stretch arms by extending them directly over head with palms facing down (don’t lock elbows), then rotate hands so palms face up while lowering back down toward floor (don’t lock elbows).

Mommy Makeover

A Mommy Makeover is the surgical procedure that many women choose to improve their bodies after pregnancy, childbirth and nursing.

A Mommy Makeover can include a variety of different procedures. The most common ones are:

Tummy Tuck – A tummy tuck removes excess skin and fat from the abdominal area, which can take years off your appearance. It also helps improve muscle tone and tighten your abdominal muscles. The tummy tuck procedure is usually combined with liposuction in order to remove stubborn fat deposits that won’t respond to diet and exercise alone.

Breast Lift – A breast lift reduces sagging in the breasts caused by pregnancy and breastfeeding by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue. This improves shape as well as nipple position on the breast mound. In addition, it may be necessary to reduce breast size if they have become too large after pregnancy or weight gain due to hormone changes during menopause or other factors such as genetics or aging.

Mommy makeover is a combination of procedures that are performed to improve the appearance and self-esteem of women who have had children.

Mommy makeover surgery can be performed in one or more steps.

The most common mommy makeover procedure is abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). In this surgery, excess skin and fat are removed from the lower abdomen and the abdominal muscles are tightened.

Breast augmentation is another common procedure in mommy makeovers. Breast enlargement can be combined with other procedures to achieve optimal results.

Mommy Makeover is a combination of procedures to improve the appearance of a woman’s body after pregnancy. There are many options available to perform a mommy makeover, which include:

Tummy Tuck: The main purpose of this procedure is to remove excess skin and fat from the abdomen and waistline. The muscles of your abdomen are tightened, or “plicated” with sutures to give you a flatter tummy after surgery.

Breast Lift: A breast lift is designed to reduce sagging breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the underlying tissue. In addition, some patients elect to have their nipples repositioned as part of their breast lift procedure. This involves removing scar tissue around the nipple and reshaping it into a more youthful position on your breast mound.

Liposuction: Liposuction can be used alone or in combination with other plastic surgery procedures such as tummy tucks or breast lifts. Liposuction removes fat from areas like your buttocks, hips, thighs, arms and chest area in order to sculpt these areas more closely to your ideal shape.
