Breast and Tummy Tuck represents the main services that we provide to patients who are considering surgical options for breast and tummy issues. We have also included additional information in the blog section which is intended to extend overall body contour improvement information to our patients.
Breast and tummy tuck are two very different procedures, but they do share one thing in common: both help a person improve her body image, appearance, and self-esteem. They’re also surprisingly similar procedures. The key difference between the two is, aside from the location of their incisions, that breast and tummy tuck deal with different structures.

Breast and tummy tuck surgery can give you a more youthful, toned and defined appearance. If you’re not happy with the size or shape of your breasts, a breast lift can give you the firmness, perkiness and confidence you desire. A tummy tuck can smooth out excess skin after losing weight and reduce the appearance of stretch marks.
A breast lift uses incisions hidden within the crease under the breast or around the areola (the darker area of skin around the nipple). The procedure lifts excess skin and tightens muscles that have stretched with pregnancy, weight gain or age. The nipple and areola remain unchanged.
Tummy Tuck
As we age, our abdominal muscles stretch out and lose their tone, which can lead to bulges in unwanted areas such as hanging skin over your waistband or belly pouching above your bikini line. A tummy tuck removes this excess tissue and tightens up weakened muscles so they won’t sag again in the future. It also helps remove excess fat deposits that may have accumulated below your belly button after pregnancy or weight loss.

Tummy Tuck Scar
Tummy Tuck Scar
The Tummy Tuck scar is the most common area of concern for patients. The reason is simple: it’s a long scar that goes straight across your abdomen, up and down. It’s even worse if you have stretch marks in this area.
Here are some tips to help minimize your tummy tuck scar:
Your surgeon should be able to use a special technique called “scarless incision” to make the scar as small as possible. This means that instead of making one long cut across your abdomen, he or she will make many smaller cuts and join them together with stitches.
Your surgeon should also be able to use a special device called an endoscope to make sure that all the fat around your belly button is removed during surgery so there aren’t any “rolls” or bumps left behind after the surgery is over.
The best way to minimize your tummy tuck scar is by having it done by an experienced plastic surgeon who has performed hundreds of tummy tucks on real people like yourself, not just on cadavers or mannequins in medical school classrooms and textbooks.
Tummy tuck scars are a common concern for many patients. The abdominoplasty scar is one of the most desirable areas to have a scar and therefore one of the most challenging to hide. As you can see from the before and after photos below, our patient was very concerned about her belly button scar being visible when wearing shorts and bathing suits. She also had a large amount of excess skin on her lower abdomen from multiple pregnancies and weight loss that she wanted removed at the same time as her tummy tuck surgery.
We performed an extended tummy tuck procedure which included tightening up all of her abdominal muscles, removing a small amount of excess fat from around her waistline, removing the excess skin from around her waistline, tightening up her buttocks and hips, and reshaping the lower part of her stomach (pubic area). The end result was an amazing positive transformation that looks completely natural.
The New Tummy Tuck Procedure
The New Tummy Tuck Procedure
The traditional tummy tuck procedure goes back to the 1950s and was designed to remove excess skin and fat from the waistline. Today, it is still the most popular cosmetic surgery in America.
However, advances in technology have made it possible for plastic surgeons to offer a more advanced version of this procedure that not only addresses cosmetic concerns but also corrects underlying muscle weakness and improves abdominal strength.
What Is The New Tummy Tuck?
This new version of the tummy tuck also removes excess fat from around your navel. However, it goes beyond simply removing fat. It also addresses any underlying muscle weakness or separation that may contribute to an unattractive appearance.
What Are The Benefits Of The New Tummy Tuck?
The new tummy tuck procedure can help you look slimmer and leaner by removing excess skin and fat from around your waistline. It also helps tighten up weak muscles that contribute to an unsightly bulge around your abdomen. This means that you won’t just look better; you’ll feel better too!
Tummy tuck is a surgical procedure that reshapes the abdominal area, reducing excess skin and fat. It can be done as a stand-alone procedure or in conjunction with other surgeries, such as breast lift or liposuction.
The tummy tuck procedure is often performed on women who have just given birth, although it can also be done for cosmetic reasons by those who are not pregnant. The procedure may also be recommended for men who have lost a significant amount of weight and are left with excess skin.
The primary goal of a tummy tuck is to remove excess skin and stretch marks, but additional procedures may be performed to reduce the appearance of cellulite, improve muscle tone and tighten loose skin around the abdomen and waistline. More than one procedure may be required to achieve these goals
What is involved in a Tummy Tuck?
A tummy tuck involves removing excess fat, tightening muscles in your abdomen, tightening the muscles underneath your belly button (abdominal muscles), removing excess skin around your waistline and hips and fixing any resulting stretch marks or scars from previous pregnancies or weight loss surgery
